The VPS servers run in an HA cluster (Proxmox with Ceph storage). If the physical machine suffers a hardware failure, your VPS is automatically moved to another node, which minimizes downtime.

SSL is always included free of charge. Email is not included in the base plans, but we will help you set up a mail solution for a small fee.

We take local (on-site) backups every 15 minutes. A copy is also sent off-site every four hours (at 00, 04, 08, 12, 16 and 20). For VPS, on-/off-site backup is available as an add-on.

CloudPanel. A personal login is not included in the base plans — we handle the configuration for you.

Yes. The Immich app (iOS and Android) backs up your photos automatically in the background.

Your photos sit on a distributed storage cluster (Ceph) that handles hardware failures, and we follow the 3-2-1 backup principle (three copies, two media, one off-site). This is standard for services we operate for you, such as Immich. For VPS and dedicated machines, backup is an add-on.

The standard plan includes one personal login. You can share albums with others via share links. To give family and friends their own accounts, you need your own instance.

Weekdays 08:00–17:00. Customers with a support agreement get extended hours and an SLA.

We are working on a public status page showing ongoing maintenance and incidents. In the meantime, we always notify customers well ahead of planned maintenance.

Yes, Cloudflare's DDoS protection is included by default on all web hosting.

No. The setup is the starting point. We make sure the server and operations run smoothly, but we do not handle ongoing maintenance of the website itself.
