What we get asked most.

Where are your servers located?
Locally in Varberg on the Swedish west coast. Internet connection via Mediateknik i Varberg. No US clouds, no European middlemen — everything is hosted in Sweden.
Is support and installation included?
Yes. On every web hosting plan we help you get started — at no extra cost. Cloudflare protection and frequent backups are included too. Support goes straight to us, not to a call center.
Can I move my website from another provider?
Absolutely. Get in touch and we'll help you migrate — usually with no downtime. We accept WordPress sites, static sites and most other formats. Contact us first and we'll make it smooth.
How does the Photo Cloud service work?
You get an account with us where your photos are stored securely in Sweden. Install the Photo Cloud app on iPhone or Android, log in, and your photos sync automatically in the background. We handle operations, security and backup — you just enjoy your photos.
What is the difference between a VPS and a dedicated server?
A VPS is a virtualized share of a physical machine — great for most needs. A dedicated server is the entire physical machine, with no virtualization or noisy neighbors. Choose dedicated when you need guaranteed resources or your own hypervisor.
How are services billed?
All prices exclude VAT. Services are billed in advance — annually, quarterly or monthly depending on the plan. Details are on each service page.
